Full Foam Sofa Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage

KORUHOME offers a 10-year limited warranty on our Full Foam Sofas, covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Duration of the Warranty

Our Limited Warranty is valid for ten years from the date the purchaser receives the product.

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, KORUHOME will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. However, the warranty does not cover labor and transportation costs.

Coverage Details

The Limited Warranty covers material and workmanship defects in the fabric and high-density foam of all KORUHOME Full Foam Sofas, with the following exceptions:

What Is Not Covered

- Accidental Damage and Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from everyday use within the home.
- Neglect or Abuse: Any damage resulting from neglect or abuse. KORUHOME will assess the product for neglect or abuse and make a determination at its own discretion.
- Commercial or Institutional Use: Furniture used for purposes such as home daycare, business, rental, and property staging.
- Accessories or Clearance and Floor Models: Items sold "as-is" are not eligible for exchange, refund, return, or service.

Additional Exclusions

- Customer Modifications: Any modifications made by the customer.
- Fabric Damage: Damage resulting from fabric protection applications.
- Color Variations: Issues related to colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics.
- Neglect and Misuse: Damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper storage, or accidents.
- Maintenance Issues: Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including but not limited to pet hair, mold, bug infestation, and water damage.
- Non-Residential Use: Use in non-residential settings.
- Improper Use: Use for purposes not intended or designed for the product.
- Cushion Settling: Normal settling of cushions due to everyday use.
- Pilling and Wrinkling: Normal pilling and wrinkling due to regular wear and tear.
- Fabric Fading: Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements such as sunlight.
- Water Damage: Damage to electrical components due to water exposure.

Legal Rights

This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from state to state. The limited warranty does not cover any implied warranties beyond its duration, and it does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The duration and scope of implied warranties may vary by state. Some states may also not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
